Coaching with Spirit

During our coaching sessions… We will not be gathering a checklist of stories to “fix” together, instead we will find compassion and gratitude for where you are right in that moment. The perfect place and time for everything you have gathered this far, has allowed you to be right here, right now. 

Coaching is a dance of energies exchanging and interacting to understand one another, supporting and mirroring to see what there is to explore. One individual, normally the coach, who has an open ability to see and feel energy, moves the session. It is a co-creative experience that allows the coach to feel and reflect back to the individual seeking support. As the coach reads signals, the coach also acknowledges certain sensations and feelings within themselves in areas that need support / protection and guidance. 

A hard to explain innate understanding that energy flows between the individuals present in the room and a need for the language to be decoded and seen. During our coaching session we explore parts of ourselves that might have been hiding in fear of being punished, scared to speak up and express true sensations that might be arising. We hold a safe space for these areas of our life and connect without judgment, just a strong sense of exploration and awareness for liberation. Freedom to be. Freedom to slow down and connect to our bodies, however uncomfortable they might feel. We connect and allow freedom of movement to take over. A pause in this awareness, a moment to breathe and feel abundance for the experience that allowed us to be where we are today. A deep connection between individuals who might not have allowed themselves to connect to others before. 

The intention of our time together is to gather tools to take outside of our session. To be able to stay present and grounded when these sensations want to whisper to us outside of our time together. To have the ability to connect and listen without needing to numb the messages anymore, if they are present it’s because you are ready. Find gratitude and peace for moving slower in a time where productivity defines our self-worth. Together we will find small steps that we can work on to be able to self-sustain in our daily life and relationships.
